The personnel at Intercontinental Malta are the best, especially during turn down service. the hotel has an unbeatable location, situated in a central area near Harruba restaurant, shops, McDonald's, bars, and supermarkets. the rooms are updated with nice decor and very comfortable beds that come with both feather and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Location: fantastic, near to cinema and everything, multiple restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling center and shops, McDonald's, bars, supermarkets. Besides, excellent for visiting Portomaso Marina. Nicely furnished, extremely pleasant room with a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious shower and a Jacuzzi bath.

The breakfast at the hotel was superb and tasty. the bed was nice and the room overall was brand-new. the property's position was magnificent and stunning, adjacent to the private beach with great service and bars and restaurants.

As a birthday surprise, they even left a bottle of fizz and macaroons! The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. The hotel facilities were great, especially the restaurants with their delicious food and good value. The buffet-style breakfast was a treat, and I loved the option to order eggs or pancakes to my liking. The free WiFi was reliable throughout the hotel, including the private beach. The housekeeping team was outstanding, always ensuring I had fresh towels and even leaving chocolates for my daughter. I had a wonderful stay, and I will definitely return in the future.

There were some concerns about the quality of the toilet paper, and the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as some guests noticed dust on fixtures.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. Exclusive amenities, like the rooftop pool with breathtaking views and the fully-equipped gym, fulfilled all of our needs. the service was top-notch, and the restaurant served delicious breakfast and packed lunches.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there was a minor issue with the sheets having some small stains. However, the staff promptly replaced them with fresh ones.
