A delightful stay with warm staff
Woke up to a scrumptious breakfast spread each morning! The staff went above and beyond, especially Katerina, making us feel like family throughout our stay.
The indoor pool was disappointingly cold, making it hard to enjoy a relaxing swim as we had planned. Our room also faced some issues with inconsistent air conditioning.

The Classic Double Room was huge and super comfy. The beds were really nice, and I had a great view from the balcony. Couldn’t ask for a better space to relax after a long day. Only downside was the noise. I could hear some chatter from the hall at night. But overall, a solid stay!

great stay but missing a few small touches
The breakfast selection impressed me with its variety, providing something for everyone’s taste. The pool area was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
However, a more detailed welcome kit would enhance the guest experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 13prime locationrooftop poolroom issues
The location is prime for nightlife and close to bustling bars and restaurants. The rooftop pool, while busy, offers a decent escape with views that make for great photos.
Check-in took longer than expected, even during busy times. Rooms show wear. I encountered an odd smell in the bathroom and the towel exchange process felt a bit chaotic. Noise from nearby clubs was noticeable late into the night, which might disrupt light sleepers. You’ll find fewer power outlets than you'd expect, making it a challenge to charge devices.

The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond, particularly in assisting with business needs. The breakfast offered a diverse selection, including freshly baked items and a live cooking station that provided delicious omelets. The hotel’s location, although busy, allowed easy access to local eateries and general amenities.

First off, the breakfast was a feast! Fresh waffles and pancakes that got the kids buzzing. Poached eggs that hit the spot. The staff? Absolute stars! Always smiling and ready to help. And don't forget the nearby eateries like Hugo's Burger Bar, serving up delish bites just a hop away!
Now, the pool situation was a bit mad. It opened at 10, but by 9, it was packed! We even lost our umbrella to some cheeky tourists while we splashed around. A little security would go a long way to keep it cool.
